One of the biggest contributors to climate change is the use of fossil fuels in our cars, buses, and airplanes. So while encouraging the use of local transportation and biking to school or work is a step in the right direction, the majority of the population still drive cars on a daily basis.
By developing alternative fuel sources for our transportation, we’re creating a sustainable, long-term solution to a major problem affecting our earth’s longevity. So whether that be electric cars, hybrid cars, or cars ran on bio-diesel, re-evaluating our current transportation situation is key.
