You get to consult with a live nutritionist. And we have a code for you to try it FREE! Last week at Feelgood Style we talked sugar, diet and health. And I mentioned that I‘d recently enlisted some help in my mission to lose 5 lbs and get my energy levels back up. The new nutrition advice iPhone app Rise walks you through your nutrition issues with a real life nutritionist. You download the free app, plug in your details and what you’d like to focus on (weight loss, eating healthier, boosting energy, looking hot for an upcoming event…) and then choose a nutritionist to work with. You then update your profile with what you eat daily and correspond with your own personal nutritionist, who gives you personalized nutrition advice and gets to the bottom of your dietary struggles. Awesome, huh? I’ve always wanted my own personal nutritionist, so this is very exciting. How about you? Would you like to try Rise? The personal nutritionist is a subscription service. But guess what…right now Feelgood Style readers get the service for free! You’ll be prompted to enter your credit card info, then use code RISEGK8 where it says gift code. Once you are all set up, start adding pics of your meals and snacks to your plan and your nutritionist will be in touch to guide you through with expert nutrition advice. I hope lots of you will take part in this with me. I’ll be posting along the way and would love for you to chime in with your experiences.
