Introducing WeHatetoWaste.com

Green marketing guru, Jacqueline Ottman has a new project: consumer-focused blog WeHatetoWaste.com.

I am a bit obsessed with reducing food waste and all the groovy technology being developed to address the issue. So, I was beyond excited to learn about Ottman’s new blog. Ottman wants to start a movement by galvanizing a community of ardent ‘Waste Watchers’. This blog is an amazing start. A quick scan of the blog reveals helpful posts like The Future of Doggie Bags (de-stigmatizing doggie bags) and Give Us This Day Your Stale-y Bread (scrumptious dishes utilizing stale bread).  And there are many, many other great posts about reducing every kind of waste imaginable.
From Ottman’s media release:

WeHatetoWaste.com springs from my personal passion, eradicating waste. It manifested itself at age four when I dragged home treasures from the neighbor’s trash — and took flack from siblings who dubbed me ‘Junkie Jacquie’ (no kidding). WeHatetoWaste.com will highlight my own personal stories of trying to lead a waste-free life, along with those of a passionate community of other ‘Waste Watchers’.

In Ottman’s words: Don’t waste another minute! Please visit WeHatetoWaste.com now and take a look.
